Everything You Need to Know About the ” TACLE CLEMENTINES”

Tacle Clementines are an exclusive Sicilian citrus fruit resulting from a spontaneous cross between a clementine and a Tarocco orange in the province of Catania. The Tacle combines the sweetness of the clementine with the aromatic character of the Tarocco.

Tacle oranges ripen from December through February, with peak availability between January and February, offering a winter citrus fruit with an intense aroma and full-bodied flavor.

Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and flavonoids, they support the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress. Their high juice content makes them perfect for a healthy snack.

Tacle oranges are distinguished by their thin, edible, bright orange peel, their very juicy reddish-orange flesh, and a flavor that strikes a balance between sweetness and acidity, thanks to the influence of the Tarocco variety.

Yes, they’re perfect for vibrant fresh juices, jams, desserts, salads, and gourmet sauces. The edible peel can be candied or grated to add flavor to dishes.

Store Tacle in the refrigerator at 4–6 °C in the crisper drawer in breathable bags; they will stay fresh for up to 10–12 days.

The Perfect Experience

And when we say “perfect,” we mean perfect.
